Functional Reports

  1. The user has to navigate to the Avo Assure home screen.

  2. The user has to click the Report button, and the Reports window will be displayed.

  3. The user has to select the project from the Select Project drop-down.

  4. The user has to select the test type as Functional Test.

  5. To view the execution profile reports, the user has to select the Execution Profile button.

  6. To view the test suite reports, the user has to select the Test Suites button.

  7. The user has to click the required execution profile, and the user can view all reports related to the Execution Profile.

  8. The user can view the date and time of the execution.

  9. To view the report summary at the test suite level, the user has to click the Arrow icon.

  10. To view the report summary at the test case level, the user has to click the Arrow icon.

  11. To view the reports at the test case level, the user must click the View button. The Result Summary table will then be displayed.

  12. The 'Result Summary' table displays the summary of the execution results.

  13. The 'Test Step' table displays the execution results of the test steps.

  14. To download the report, the user has to click the Download icon.

  15. To download the JSON format report, the user has to click the JSON button.

  16. To download the PDF format report, the user has to click the PDF button.

  17. To download the PDF with screenshot format report, the user has to click the PDF with screenshots button.

Test Step Details in Reports:

When crafting test steps, the user should furnish comprehensive details, including the Expected Result, Actual Result for Pass Status, and Actual Result for Fail Status. These specifics will be showcased in the Test Step table under the Remark column. This feature facilitates a fine understanding of each test step's outcome. Refer to the section Add Test Step Details to add the test step details.
