Schedule

Recurrence Schedule - Daily

  1. 1.
    The user has to navigate to the Avo Assure home screen.
  2. 2.
    The user has to click the Execute button, and the Configure and Execute window will be displayed.
  3. 3.
    The user has to click the Schedule button, and the Schedule window will be displayed.
  4. 4.
    To enter the start date input, the user has to click the Enter Start date input field, and the Calendar will be displayed.
  5. 5.
    The user has to select the Start date from the calendar.
  6. 6.
    To enter the start time input, the user has to click the Enter Start time input field, and the Start Time drop-down will be displayed.
  7. 7.
    The user has to select the start time from the Select Start Time drop-down. Note: Schedule time must be 5 mins more than the current time.
  8. 8.
    To select the recurrence pattern, the user has to click the Make Recurring field, and the Recurrence Pattern drop-down will be displayed.
  9. 9.
    To schedule daily, the user has to select the Daily radio button.
  10. 10.
    The user has to select the Every _ day(s) radio button to give the number of days.
  11. 11.
    The user has to enter the number of days. Note: The day can range between 1 - 30.
  12. 12.
    The user has to select the Every Weekday radio button to schedule the task only for the weekdays (Monday to Friday).
  13. 13.
    The user has to select the end date from the End After drop-down.
  14. 14.
    The user has to click the Schedule button, and the Allocate Avo Assure Client to Schedule window will be displayed.
  15. 15.
    To execute with the Avo Assure Agent/Grid, the user has to select the Execute with Avo Assure Agent/Grid radio button.
  16. 16.
    To execute with the Avo Assure client, the user has to select the Execute with Avo Assure Client radio button.
  17. 17.
    The user has to search and select the available Avo Assure client, and click the Schedule button.
  18. 18.
    The scheduled task will be displayed in the Schedule Tasks table.

Recurrence Schedule - Weekly

  1. 1.
    The user has to click the Schedule button, and the Schedule window will be displayed.
  2. 2.
    To enter the start date input, the user has to click the Enter Start date input field, and the Calendar will be displayed.
  3. 3.
    The user has to select the Start date from the calendar.
  4. 4.
    To enter the start time input, the user has to click the Enter Start time input field, and the Start Time drop-down will be displayed.
  5. 5.
    The user has to select the start time from the Select Start Time drop-down. Note: Schedule time must be 5 mins more than the current time.
  6. 6.
    To select the recurrence pattern, the user has to click the Make Recurring field, and the Recurrence Pattern drop-down will be displayed.

    To schedule weekly, the user has to select the Weekly Radio button.
  8. 8.
    To set the recurrence pattern, the user has to enter the number of weeks in the Recur every [] week (s) field and select multiple checkboxes according to the requirement.

    To select all the days of a week (instead of selecting all the check boxes individually), the user has to select the All checkbox.
  10. 10.
    The user has to select the end date from the End After drop-down.
  11. 11.
    The user has to click the Schedule button, and the Allocate Avo Assure Client to Schedule window will be displayed.
  12. 12.
    To execute with the Avo Assure Agent/Grid, the user has to select the Execute with Avo Assure Agent/Grid radio button.
  13. 13.
    To execute with the Avo Assure client, the user has to select the Execute with Avo Assure Client radio button.
  14. 14.
    The user has to search and select the available Avo Assure client, and click the Schedule button.
  15. 15.
    The scheduled task will be displayed in the Schedule Tasks table.

Recurrence Schedule - Monthly

  1. 1.
    The user has to click the Schedule button, the Schedule window will be displayed.
  2. 2.
    To enter the start date input, the user has to click the Enter Start date input field, and the Calendar will be displayed.

    The user has to select the Start date from the calendar.
  4. 4.
    To enter the start time input, the user has to click the Enter Start time input field, and the Start Time drop-down will be displayed.

    The user has to select the start time from the Select Start Time drop-down. Note: Schedule time must be 5 mins more than the current time.

    To select the recurrence pattern, the user has to click the Make Recurring field, and the Recurrence Pattern drop-down will be displayed.

    To schedule monthly, the user has to select the Monthly radio button.

    The user has to select the Day _ of Every _ Month radio button to schedule the execution on the required day of every month.

    The user has to enter the Day in the Day field. Note: The input for the day should range between 1 - 30.

    The user has to enter the Month in the month field. Note: The input for the month should range between 1 - 12.

    The user has to select The Day _ _ of every _ Month(s) radio button to schedule the execution on the required week and day of the month.

    The user has to select the Week from the Week drop-down, select the Day from the Day drop-down, and enter the Month in the Month field. Note: The input for the month should range between 1 - 12.

    The user has to select the end date from the End After drop-down.

    The user has to click the Schedule button, and the Allocate Avo Assure Client to Schedule window will be displayed.
