Create User

For creating a new user in Avo Assure, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to User Management through the Admin section on the left pane of the landing page

2. Navigate to Users section and click Create button

3. Enter the User Name, Email Id, First Name and Last Name in the respective fields and then set and confirm the password

4. Select the user role from the Primary Role dropdown after entering the necessary details

5. Click the Create button to successfully create a user in Avo Assure

Avo Assure Client Token

Avo Assure users need a unique Avo Assure Client Token to Register to Avo Assure Client. Each user will have a unique token, ensuring that only the specific user can use the client with the generated token.

The process to generate Avo Assure Client Token are:

1. Navigate to the Avo Assure Client Provision tab from

2. Click the User Management dropdown and choose the Users option. Select the user to generate a token for and click the edit icon to bring up Edit User window.

3. Navigate to the Avo Assure Client Provision tab, Enter Avo Assure Client name and click Generate button to generate a new token. Now either copy generated copy the token using copy icon or download it.

4. Navigate back to the Assure Client window Paste the token into the Token field and click Submit.

5. Click connect again to connect to perform the execution and get status in the Consol log window.

Note: Copy/Download the Token and paste it in notepad for future reference.
