Bug Fixes and Improvements:
Refer to the table below to learn more about the bugs addressed along with the respective benefits.
UI elements not visible in capture window
Captured elements were not visible in the Avo Assure Client across applications.
This issue has been resolved, and elements now appear correctly in the Avo Assure Client. This improvement enables the creation of an Element Repository and allows these elements to be used for test case creation and execution.
Data tables missing in a particular project
Data tables created in the Utilities tab disappear after some time. This issue is now resolved, allowing users to create and access data tables without any interruptions.
Screen Distortion while capturing the elements/ Execution/ debugging
The AUT screen was freezing during element capture, execution, and debugging.
This issue is now resolved, allowing users to navigate smoothly and perform capture, execution, and debugging more efficiently.
Scenario debugging is challenging due to a lack of detailed information in the Avo Client
When a test case failed, the Avo Assure Client displayed only "Element not found," without specifying the missing element.
Now, the client shows the exact element name in the configuration tab, e.g., "User ID not found," improving clarity in debugging.
There is no way to capture only Hyper links
There was no dedicated way to capture hyperlinks on AUT
This issue is now resolved. A "Hyperlink" option is now available in the Capture Type dropdown on Avo Assure Client.
Client Screen distortion while capturing the elements
The Avo Assure Client screen was freezing while capturing the elements, execution, and debugging.
This issue is now resolved, allowing users to navigate smoothly and capture element more efficiently.
Delay in capturing sub-page elements
The Avo Assure Client previously took longer to capture elements from the AUT.
This issue is now resolved, allowing users to capture elements more quickly and efficiently.
Delay in highlighting the element once it is captured
After capturing, the client took longer time to highlight elements.
This issue is now fixed, ensuring faster element highlighting and improved efficiency.
Missing values after exporting files from the data table
Data values were missing after importing tables using the Excel Import format. This issue is now fixed, and all data is imported and exported correctly without any missing values.
Explained fixes are intended to improve the overall performance and usability of the platform, addressing key issues reported by users.
We hope these changes in Avo Assure version 24.2.1 enhance your experience with the platform
