Select Date

This is a pre-built action available under the Captured Calendar Element from the SAP GUI Application. The functionality of this action in Avo Assure is to select a specific date from a calendar element.

Syntax

Input Value: <Input Date (YYYYMMDD)>

Argument	Description
<Input Date (YYYYMMDD)>	Provide the date to be selected in the format YYYYMMDD

Output Value

Argument	Description
<Dynamic Variable> (Optional);<Dynamic Variable> (Optional)	This dynamic variable holds the result as True or False.

Example

Date '2025-06-12' Selected in the Calendar of the SAP Application

The selectDate action takes the value from the Input Value column (e.g., 20250612) and selects the 2025-06-12 date in the calendar.
