# Click

This is a pre-built action available under the **Captured Button Element** from the **Desktop Application**. The functionality of this action in Avo Assure is to perform click operation on the button.

### **Syntax**

**Example**&#x20;

**Simulates a click action on the selected UI element during test execution.**

The The **Click** action does not require any value in the *Input Value* column. It performs a click operation on the specified element within the desktop application.
