Generate AI Test case by Uploading Requirements Document

Prerequisites

• Required document should be uploaded

• AI Template should be created

There are two types to generate Test case in Avo Assure

1. Generate Test case for all the requirement

2. Generate Test case for only specific feature

Generate Test case for all the requirement

1. Select Your Project

Select Project for generate AI Test Case from Projects section available on the left side of the landing Page. 

Click Upload Requirements button present in Avo intelligence section to navigate to Generate Test case window, where you can upload relevant documents.

1. Upload Relevant Documents

Select Document tab from top right corner of Generate Test case window, then click Uploaded file section, choose the PDF document you want to upload.

Navigate to the desired PDF file in your system folder and click Open.

Note: Ensure that you selected document contains requirement details, user stories, or specifications relevant to your test cases.

Ensure that you selected file is uploaded in the Name table.

1. Select Template

Select Template from Template dropdown, then select All requirement radio button from Scope

By selecting All requirement radio button, you can see two options to create Test case

• Test Case with test steps

Note: In test case with Test steps generation, the Test cases are more detailed and descriptive

• Test Case without Test steps

Note: In test case without test steps generation, only the test type is mentioned

Select Create Test Case with test steps radio button, click Generate button to generate Test cases with Test steps

1. Select Test Case from list to see details of Test Case, click Save button.

Note: If generated test is not full fill your requirements, then you can regenerate test case, by clicking Regenerate button.

1. After clicking save button, this action will be being up save Test cases window

Select Release tag from release drop down, select Tages from tags drop down and click Continue button

1. Now you can see all generated Test case in Avo Intelligence window.

For Test case without Test steps

1. Select Create Test case without test steps radio button, click Generate button to generate Test cases without Test steps

2. Select Test Case from list to see the only description of Test Cases, and click Save button

3. After clicking save button, this action will be being up in save Test cases window

   Select Release tag from release drop down, select Tages from tags drop down and click Continue button

4. Now you can see all generated Test case in Avo Intelligence window

Steps to generate Test case only specific feature

1. Select For following feature only radio button, enter specific module name in the Enter keyword text box. Click Generate button

2. Select Test case from All test cases list to see description and type of testing of Test case and click Save button

3. After clicking Save button, this action will be being up in save Test cases window

   Select Release tag from release drop down, select Tages from tags drop down and click Continue button

4. Now all generated Test case will appear on the Avo Intelligence window.

Steps to send GenAI generated Test case to Zephyr Scale

1. Select Generated Test case from AI Generated Test case section

Select required tool as a Zephyr Scale from tools drop down available on top right corner of Avo Intelligence window.

2. Select project from Zephyr Scale drop down, select Folder from Select folder section, then select Plain text or Step by step radio button. Click Send button
