# Select Content Menu by Text

This is a pre-built action available under the **Captured Shell Object** from the **SAP Application**. The functionality of this action in Avo Assure is to select an item from the context menu of a Shell object, based on the menu item's text label.

### Syntax 

**Input Value:** `<Context Menu Item Name>`

| \<Context Menu Item Name> | The exact text of the context menu item to select |

**Output Value**&#x20;

| \<Dynamic Variable> (Optional);\<Dynamic Variable> (Optional) | This dynamic variable holds the execution status as **True** or **False**. |

**Selecting an Option from the Context Menu of a Shell Object in the SAP Screen**

The **SelectContextMenuByText** action takes the value from the Input Value column **(e.g., INCLUDE  MBIBSL10)** and selects that option from the context menu of the specified Shell object.
