Get Input Help

This is pre-built action in Avo Assure comes for the Element captured from the SAP application and is available only for textbox type of element. It instructs Avo Assure Client to make an action for the input help window to appear for the textbox.

Syntax

Usecase/Example

Scenario

Consider a scenario where user is testing an SAP GUI application in the order creation table. When typing "CU" in the Customer ID field, a suggestion box appears with matching IDs. For this scenario the Get Input Help action used by Avo Assure. It verifies that the suggestion box displays customer IDs starting with "CU" and ensures the correct ID is available for selection.

Expected Result

The Get input help action retrieves input help from textbox element.

The Get input help action performed on textbox element.
