# Clear Text
This is pre-built action in Avo Assure and comes for **Captured Textbox Element** from **SAP GUI Application**. The functionality of the Avo Assure is to remove the text present in the textbox.
### **Syntax**
**Input Value:** `N/A`
This dynamic variable holds the status of the action as True or False.
**Example**
**Clears the text from the Program element**
The **Clear Text** action does not require any value from the Input Value column. It clears the existing text from the captured **Program** element.
