Download Avo Assure Client - First time users

(Windows)

Step 1

Click the provided URL to navigate to the Login page of Avo Assure

Step 2

Enter the username and password received via E-Mail and click Login

Note: If a user enters an invalid password more than five times, the user account gets locked. However, the account unlocks automatically after 20 minutes.

Step 3

Read through Avo Automation’s Terms and Conditions and click I agree to accept it; once accepted, the Download Avo Assure Client window appears

Step 4

Click Download Avo Assure Client button

Wait Patiently till the download is completes it may take around two minutes.

Step 5

Click on the SKIP button from the bottom left corner

Step 6

Click Get Started button after downloading client successfully

Step 7

Access the downloaded AvoAssureClient file from the downloads section of the local machine.

Note: Windows user find an .exe file in their system’s Downloads folder.

Download Assure Client - Existing Assure users

Uninstall Avo Assure Client

Follow these Assure Client Clean uninstall steps

a. Uninstall the Assure Client program

i. Navigate to Control Panel -> Program and Features Uninstall a program.

ii. Locate program Avo Assure Client version #MyApplicationVersion

iii. Click Uninstall from the menu option or right click and select Uninstall

iv. Follow the screen and complete uninstallation

b. Delete the folder where Assure Client was previously installed

By default the folder would be available C:\Users\<<username>>\AppData\Roaming\avo

Eg. C:\Users\abhishek.shukla\AppData\Roaming\avo

Here the Avo folder needs to be deleted

Delete previously downloaded Client

Delete the entire folder where Assure Client were extracted before proceeding with download.

Location to download Client

Click on the profile icon in the top right pane of the Avo Assure Landing page

Download the Client

Select the download dropdown and click on the Download client button

Access downloaded file

Access the downloaded AvoAssureClient file from the downloads section of the local machine.

Note: Windows user will see an .exe file in the Downloads folder of their local machine.
