Element Identification - Mobile Web Application

Prerequisites:

Prerequisites for Android:

• Use the Vysor application to mirror physical Android devices (Alternatively, use the Scrcpy file to mirror a physical Android device).

Click and Add Objects

This feature is used to identify specific elements on a mobile web using any of the supported browsers.

1. The user has to navigate to the Avo Assure home screen.

2. The user has to select the Mobile Web project from the project list.

3. The user has to click the Design Studio button, and the Design Studio screen will be displayed.

4. The user has to click the Capture Elements button, and the Capture Elements window will be displayed.

5. The user has to click the Capture Elements button, and the Launch Application window will be displayed.

6. The user has to enter the Android device serial number / iOS device name in the AndroidDeviceSerialNumber / iOSDeviceName field.

7. The user has to enter the Andriod / iOS Version in the Android/iOSVersion;UDID (for iOS device only) field.

8. The user has to click the Launch button. The AvoAssure Object Identification window and the entered mobile web application will be displayed.

9. The user has to click the Start button, and the user has to capture the required elements.

10. Once the user is done with the capture element, then the user has to click the Stop button.

11. All the captured elements will be displayed on the Capture Elements window.

12. The user has to click the Save button to save all the captured elements.

13. The system will display a toast message as Scraped data saved successfully.

Scrape an Entire Webpage

1. The user has to navigate to the Avo Assure home screen.

2. The user has to select the Mobile Web project from the project list.

3. The user has to click the Design Studio button, and the Design Studio screen will be displayed.

4. The user has to click the Capture Elements button, and the Capture Elements window will be displayed.

5. The user has to click the Capture Elements button, and the Launch Application window will be displayed.

6. The user has to enter the Android device serial number / iOS device name in the AndroidDeviceSerialNumber / iOSDeviceName field.

7. The user has to enter the Andriod / iOS Version in the Android/iOSVersion;UDID(for iOS device only) field.

8. Click the Launch button. The AvoAssure Object Identification window and the entered mobile web application will be displayed.

9. The user has to select Full from the Capture Type drop-down and click the Capture button.

10. All the captured elements will be displayed on the Capture Elements window.

11. The user has to click the Save button to save all the captured elements.

12. The system will display a toast message as Scraped data saved successfully.
