Accessing the Reports section from the landing page

The step-by-step process to access reports from the landing page are:

1. Select a specific project to generate a report from the All Projects vertical panel

2. Click the Reports button in the Overview tab which leads to the reports section

3. Click the Execution Profile available under Functional or Accessibility test type in the Report section to navigate to the execution list page

4. Click the Download icon in the action column of the Test Suite

5. Select the required format from the popup and click on the Download button

Note:

· Reports can be downloaded based on Test Suites and each Test cases available for the associated Test Suite

· For Test Suites, both - the executive summary and summary reports can be downloaded in the PDF format. However, for downloading detailed summary report JSON and PDF Formats must supported in Avo Assure

Test Step Details in Reports:

When crafting test steps, the user should furnish comprehensive details, including the Expected Result, Actual Result for Pass Status, and Actual Result for Fail Status. These specifics will be showcased in the Test Step table under the Remark column. This feature facilitates a fine understanding of each test step's outcome. Refer to the section Add Test Step Details to add the test step details.
