Avo Assure is a low-code test automation platform with AI capabilities, supporting multiple technologies including web, mobile, desktop, and mainframe systems. It enables both technical and non-technical users to create and manage test cases without extensive coding knowledge. Also, it supports a wide range of technologies and applications, including Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and more. Avo Assure can be integrated with platforms like Browser Stack, Zephyr, Zephyr Scale, Jira, Azure DevOps, Cloud AML, Test Rail, qTest, ALM and more.
Avo Assure Logo: Click the Avo Assure logo at the top-left to navigate back to home or the landing page from any page in Avo Assure.
Profile: Located at the top-right corner of the landing page of Avo Assure, it is used to view profile or user details like name, role, and email ID. In the same section, users will find options to access Profile, Change Password, and Download, which lets users download both - the Avo Assure Client and the Agent. Users will also find Notification Settings, View Plans from here the Users can find information about different plan/licence types and their feature lists available in Avo Assure, and Logout options.
Help and Feedback: Represented by a query icon, Users can reach out to the community if they have any queries on Avo Assure, they can also submit feedback and can report an issue that they face in Avo Assure as a bug using this section. User can also navigate to training videos and documents related to Avo Assure from here.
4. Vertical Left Panel:
At the vertical pane on the left of the landing page, there are multiple tabs which are used for different functionalities in Avo Assure.
Projects | Creates new projects and view all the existing ones. |
Reports | Views the execution reports and analyse the execution of test cases. |
Utilities | Creates data tables for data parameterization, encrypt data, and migrate scripts from non-Avo to Avo platform. |
Admin Profile | Manages or creates users, agents, and other advanced configurations. |
iTDM | Provides a test data management function where data can be obfuscated. |
Dashboard | Displays a combination of charts that update accordingly based on real-time Avo Assure data, including defect summaries, performance metrics (completed/pending), and priorities (high/low). This information helps users make informed decisions and get an overview of the executed Test cases. |
Search box: Used to search for all the assigned projects currently in Avo Assure, using this search box.
Sort icon: Used to rearrange the sequence of the projects based on the date it is created, last modified, as well as the alphabetical order.
Plus icon: Used to add or create new projects in Avo Assure .
8. Overview Section:
This is the workspace where users can start navigating to design the mind map, execute test steps, access reports, create test cases using AI, and more.
Element Repository | Allows to capture and store all the screen elements from a website. |
Design Studio | Helps navigate to the Mindmap section in Avo Assure where users create end-to-end Test Suites for test automation. |
Avo Genius | A smart recorder that helps build the skeleton of the testing scenario. |
Execute | Helps navigate to Configure & Execute tab where users can create the Execution configuration profile for test execution. |
View Test Reports | Helps access the test reports in different formats after test execution. |
Create Test Case Using AI | Helps create Testcases using AI. |
9. Analysis Tab
From this tab, the users can analyse the agent's health, which indicates the number of test cases that the agent has successfully executed, as well as its status, which may be active or inactive. It also provides an execution analysis of the specified execution profile that is executed between a specific date and the defect analysis based on the provided dates.
Agent Health Status | Displays the Avo Agent's capacity, availability, utilization, health status, usage history, and the number of executions that are currently pending, terminated, completed, and queued |
Project Analysis | Helps with test execution and defect-level analysis after the execution completes. |
Prompt based Project Analysis | Generate an analysis based on the desired prompt provided by the users. |
Settings: In this section, users can perform various functionalities like Manage projects, Mange Integrations, Manage Configurations, and Mange Email Notifications.
Element Repository: In this section, users can find an existing repository of captured elements from various applications/softwares as well as create new repositories and add in a list of captured elements in it.
