Project Management

Create The Project

1. The Quality Manager has to navigate to the Avo Assure home screen.

2. Click the "+" (Create Project) icon, and the Create Project window will be displayed.

3. Enter the project name in the Enter Project Name field.

4. Select the application type from the Select an Application Type drop-down.

5. The Quality Manager can create Projects for the following application types:

   • Web Applications

   • SAP Applications

   • Oracle Applications

   • Desktop Applications

   • Web Services

   • Mainframe

   • Mobile Web(Android and iOS)

   • Mobile Application(Android and iOS)

   • System Application

6. Select the Users from the users list. Note: The Quality Manager can also search the users by name or email address.

7. Select the role from the Select a Role drop-down.

8. Click the Right Arrow icon.

9. Click the Create button.

10. The toast message will be displayed as Project Created Successfully.

Edit The Project

1. The Quality Manager has to navigate to the Avo Assure home screen.

2. Select the required project from the Project List.

3. Click the Settings button.

4. Click the Manage Project button, and the Manage Project window will be displayed. Note: The Quality Manager does not have the access to change the Project Name and Application Type.

5. Select the Users from the users list. Note: The Quality Manager can also search the users by name or email address.

6. Select the role from the Select a Role drop-down.

7. Click the Right Arrow icon.

8. To deselect the selected users, the Admin/Quality Manager has to select the Users.

9. Click the Left Arrow icon.

10. Click the Update button.

11. The toast message will be displayed as Project Modified Successfully.
