Create SAML User in Avo Assure

  1. The admin has to navigate to the Avo Assure home screen and log in to Avo Assure with valid Avo Assure Admin credentials.

  2. The admin has to click the Users button, and the Users window will be displayed.

  3. The admin has to click the Create button, and the Create User window will be displayed.

  4. The admin has to select the SAML configuration from the Select Configuration drop-down.

  5. The admin has to select the server from the Select Server drop-down.

  6. The admin has to enter the user name in the Enter Your User Name field.

  7. The admin has to enter the email ID in the Enter Email ID field.

  8. The admin has to enter the first name in the Enter First Name field.

  9. The admin has to enter the last name in the Enter Last Name field.

  10. The admin has to select the primary role from the Select Role drop-down.

  11. The admin has to click the Admin check box. Note: If the admin selects the primary role as 'Quality Manager,' then the admin can grant admin access to the user with the 'Quality Manager' role.

  12. The admin has to click the Create button. Once the user is created, the admin has to log out from the admin role.

Login as SAML User

  1. The user has to log in to the Avo Assure with newly created SAML User credentials.

  2. The user will be redirected to the Okta sign-in page. Enter credentials for the respective user and click the Verify button.

  3. The user is now successfully logged into Avo Assure. The user will be redirected to the Avo Assure landing page.
