Download Reports
There are two report download options available in Avo Assure - JSON, and PDF
Click the Execution Profile in the Report section
Click the Test case details icon in the Testcase summary column
Click on view reports icon present in testcase details
This will take you to the Result Summary window, which contains the following details: step, status, step details, remarks, time elapsed, recovered by, defect, and action, we can even expand and contract the steps.
Select the required format from the popup to download the report
Note: For Test cases, the reports can be downloaded in JSON, and PDF formats
How to view Report
The table below contains the element present in the report and what they function.
Step: Shows the number of steps executed from the test step group.
Executive Summary
For exploring the Executive summary of a test, follow the steps below:
1. Click the Execution profile to see the Execution list for the project
The execution list includes the date and time, status of the execution, total elapsed time of the Testcase as well as the number of Testcase associated with this execution profile.
Note: From the Reports tab, utilize the search bar to find various execution lists by providing the run number in case there are multiple items in the execution list.
Click the right arrow to expand the Testcases and then click the Document icon to view the reports; this will navigate to an HTML page with result summary
Explore the corresponding Testcase to find Step number, Steps details, Remarks, Time Elapsed, Status, Comments, Defect, and Action in the Result Summary page Expand the arrow in the # column to check the detailed analysis of the execution for all the Test Step details of the Testcase
Click the eye icon in the action column to view the screenshot of individually captured elements from an AUT
Reports via Email
Reports via email feature helps the users to get the report via emails by providing the email ID.
The step-by-step process to access this function are:
1. Navigate to the Execution tab
2. Click the Execution Tab button. Provide the configuration name, select the Test case to configure, select the browser, and lastly, turn on the email notification configuration
Add the receiver mail in the input field, turn the notify toggle button on and click the Save button
Note: Users can provide multiple receiver names separating them using a comma.
Select the client from the Execute on radio button and click Execute
Result: After execution, users will receive an email with the executionreport
