Jira Integration

Introduction

Avo Assure supports Jira Integration via the Reports. Avo Assure users can log defects and other issues on Jira via Avo Assure based on the reports generated.

Pre-requisites

To log defects on Jira, the user requires the following details of Jira:

• Jira URL

• Jira Username

• Jira API Token

Note: Avo Assure Client must be connected successfully to log defects on Jira via Avo Assure reports.

Jira Configuration in Avo Assure

1. The user has to Navigate to the Avo Assure home screen.

2. The user has to click the Settings button.

3. The user has to click the Manage Integrations button, and the Manage Integration window will be displayed.

4. The user has to click the Jira button.

5. The user has to enter the user name in the Username field.

6. The user has to enter the API token in the API Token field.

7. The user has to enter the url in the URL field.

8. The user has to click the Login button.

9. The toast message will be displayed as Jira login Successfully.
