Avo Assure session management feature is used to view user status and gain insight into Active Users, Active Avo Assure Clients, and Locked Users in Avo Assure.

Check the Locked User

Access session management

To access session management window, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Admin section on the left pane of the landing page

  2. Navigate to Session Management window

Check Active users, Avo Assure Client and Locked Users

Active Users

In the session management window of Avo Assure users can check the status of other users currently using Avo Assure. Active Users section includes the Username, Role, and last logged-in date of every single user.

  • Click the Logout button to logout a specific user from Avo Assure.

Active Avo Assure Client

In the Active Avo Assure Client section, the users get the status of registered and active Clients. It contains details like the Client name and user's IP address. Admins or Quality Managers with admin as a secondary role have the privilege to disconnect the client whenever required.

  • Click Disconnect button to disconnect a specific Avo Assure client.

Locked Users

After 5 wrong login attempts, the Avo Assure account associated with that username gets locked. In such cases only Admin have the privilege to unlock that user.

  • Click the Unlock User button to unlock locked Users.
