Project Management
Aspects of Avo Assure Project Management
- 1.Log in as an admin and navigate to the ‘Projects’ section on the Action Bar.
- 2.Select a Domain for the Project to be created in.
- 3.The admin can create Projects for the following application types:
- 1.Web Mobile Apps (Android and iOS)
- 2.Web Service
- 3.System Apps
- 4.Desktop Apps
- 5.Mainframe
- 6.Oracle Apps
- 7.SAP Apps
- 8.Mobile Web(Android and iOS)

4. Provide a valid name for the project in the 'Project Name' field.
5. Choose the relevant application type for the project from the available “Application Type” icons.
6. To create a release, click on 'Add Release' and enter a valid release name and click on the 'Save' button on the popup.

7. To create a Cycle, click on the Release under which the Cycle needs to be created and then click on 'Add Cycle'. Enter a valid Cycle name and click on the 'Save' button.

8. Click on the 'Create' button to complete the creation of the project.

Project Created Successfully
- 1.Every project should have a minimum of one Release.
- 2.Every Release should have a minimum of one Cycle.
- 1.Log in as an admin and navigate to the ‘Projects’ section on the Action Bar.
- 2.Click on the ‘Edit’ button.

3. Select the domain to which the project to be updated belongs.
4. Select the project name to be updated.
5. The application type of the project selected will now be visible and highlighted.

6. To edit the Project name, click on the 'Edit' icon next to the selected project (dropdown).
7. Provide the new Project name and click on the 'Save' button.

8. To edit existing ‘Release’ and ‘Cycle’ names, click the 'Edit' icon.
9. Provide new names and click on the 'Save' button.

10. Click on the 'Update' button to successfully update the project details.
Note: The Application type of the product cannot be changed.
- 1.Log in as an admin and navigate to the ‘Projects’ section on the Action Bar.
- 2.Click on the ‘Edit’ button.

3. Select the domain, to which the project to be exported belongs.
4. Select the project name to be exported.
5. The application type of the project selected will now be visible and highlighted.
6. Click on the ‘Export’ button to export the selected project.

7. On successful export, the .zip file for the project will be downloaded.
