Edit User

Users can edit the first name, last name, and password of an existing user in Avo Assure. However, the configuration, email, username, and role of an existing user cannot be edited.

To edit the details of an existing users in Avo Assure follow the steps below:

Navigate to User Management through the Admin section on the left pane of the landing page

Edit the details

Navigate to Users section and click on the Edit icon in the action column to edit the details of a user

Note: Username, First Name, Last Name, Email and Role of an existing user fields can be edited in Avo Assure.

Deregister

Deregistering Avo Assure Client helps change the active status of Avo Assure Client into inactive.

The steps to Deregister Client are:

Navigate to User Management through the Admin section on the left pane of the landing page

Edit the details

Navigate to Users section and click on the Edit icon in the action column to edit the details of a user

  1. Navigate to Avo Assure Client Provision tab

  1. Click Deregister button to change the registered Avo Assure Client's active status into inactive

Reregister

Registering Avo Assure Client helps change the active status of Avo Assure Client into inactive.

  1. Navigate to Avo Assure Client Provision tab

  2. Click Reregister button to change the un-registered Avo Assure Client's inactive status into active
