User Roles

This document provides the different user role available in the Avo Assure.

There are three primary roles available in Avo Assure for performing different action within the tool, and they are:

• Quality Manager (Can have Admin as Second Role)

• Quality Lead

• Quality Engineer

Let's now understand which can perform certain tasks and have authority to take certain action in Avo Assure.

Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer in Avo Assure tool possess least privileges, their user role can perform tasks like:

• Design the Mindmap

• Create and execute the Test Steps

• Generate and view Reports

Quality Lead

A Quality Lead in Avo Assure have privileges to perform tasks like:

• Create Test Suites and Execution Configuration

• Perform Impact Analysis

Note: A Quality Lead also has all capabilities of a Quality Engineer and can perform all the tasks they can do.

Quality Manager

A Quality manager possess most of the privileges to perform tasks within the Avo Assure tool such as:

• Only a quality manager can create and manage projects

Note: A Quality Lead has all capabilities of a Quality Lead hence they can perform all the tasks of quality engineer and quality manager.

Admin

An admin can Set up Avo Assure (Access Admin Section)
