The Encryption process in Avo transforms plaintext into ciphertext, making it unreadable without the appropriate key. This step is crucial for protecting confidential data, guaranteeing its accessibility only to authorized recipients.

Encryption Method in Avo Assure

The Encryption method available in the Avo Assure is called as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES)

Advanced Encryption Standard

AES is a symmetric encryption algorithm used to secure data. AES is specific to protecting electronic data such as Wi-Fi networks and cloud applications.

Encryption function in Avo Assure

Using the Avo Assure encryption function any alphanumerical characters and special characters can be encrypted.

The step-by-step process to access the encryption function from the landing page are:

1. Click Utilities from the left-hand panel of Avo Assure’s landing page

2. Select the AES encryption method from the Select Method dropdown in the Encryption tab.

3. Enter the data that needs to be encrypted in the textbox and click the Encrypt button
