Example: Verifying Whether a UI Element Is Enabled for Interaction

In this example, we are explaining how to verify whether a specified UI element on the application interface is enabled and ready for interaction.

  • Action: verifyEnabled

  • Input Value: N/A

    • This action does not require any input value to perform the enabled state verification.

  • Output Value: {Status}

    • The verification result is stored in the {Status} dynamic variable, with the following possible values:

      • True: If the element is enabled and available for interaction.

      • False: If the element is disabled.

  • Logical Explanation: The verifyEnabled action locates the captured object on the application interface and checks whether it is enabled. The verification result (True) is stores in the {Status} variable.
