Install Avo Assure Client

Steps to install Avo Assure client

1. Double click the downloaded client to open the file and click Next button.

2. Choose the destination location where the client needs to be installed & saved and then click Next button.

3. Wait till all the files being extracted and the installation process to complete.

4. Click the Finish button to complete the installation process.

A user will now See a popup window on the screen asking to register the AvoAssureClient

When/if users are provided a dedicated Avo Assure URL, they will receive login credentials and token from their Avo Assure SPOC. This SPOC can be a member of the Avo team interacting with the users or for a larger user group, a member from user's own organization.

1. Copy the token provided in the mail and paste it in the token field, then hit the submit button

Note: If a user have not received a token, they should connect to their SPOC.

After clicking the submit button user will get a confirmation message in client window saying Avo Assure Client registered successfully.

Relaunch Avo Assure Client

Steps to launch the client again once after closing the client window

1. Navigate to the folder path where we have stored the client during installation process and open the folder.

   
2. Double click on the batch file with the name run.bat to launch the Client again.

   
3. Click on the connect button and the Avo Assure Client gets connected.

   

Generate and register token for Avo Assure Client

Note: To generate token from Avo Assure a user must be an Admin or have Admin as secondary role.
