A. Element Repository
Steps to send Element Repository for review:
Navigate to Element Repository Tab.
Select the Element Repository for which you want to send for review.
Click Ellipsis icon.
Select Send for review option.

Select Reviewer from the dropdown
Add review comments in the text box and click Send for review button.
When an Element Repository is sent for review, the user requesting the review loses access to it as the locking mechanism feature in Avo Assure gets activated for the Element Repository.

Steps to Approve or Reject the Test artifacts (For reviewer)
Navigate to Avo Assure landing page.
Click Bell icon from the right pane of Avo Assure.
Click review requested from the Bell icon.

Click Information Panel icon from the Element Repository Tab, then the Information popup window will appear.
When an Element Repository is sent for review, the reviewer can access detailed information through the element repository information panel. This panel appears on the right side upon selecting the test case and displays the following metadata:
Created On: Shows the date and time when the Element Repository was originally created. Helps identify the timeline of Element Repository development.
Created By: Displays the name of the user who created the Element Repository. Useful for knowing the author or contributor.
Modified On: Indicates the most recent date and time the Element Repository was modified. Helps reviewers see if any recent changes were made before the review.
Modified By: Shows the name of the user who last modified the Element Repository. Assists in identifying who made the latest updates.
Status: Displays the current review state of the Element Repository, such as Under Review, Approved, or Rejected. This helps track progress in the review process.
Comments: A custom message was added by the user who requested the review, usually to describe the purpose, functionality, or specific points to be checked in the Element Repository.
Approve or Reject the Element Repository, push or send back the Element Repository to its owner.
