In this example, we explain how to simulate a press (mouse click) action on a link element using the Simulate Press Action.

  • Action: Simulate Press Action

  • Input Value: N/A

    • This action does not require any input value. It performs a press or mouse click action on the captured link element.

  • Output Value: {Status}

    • The result of the press operation is stored in this {Status} dynamic variable with the following possible values:

      • True: If the press action is performed successfully.

      • False: If the press action is not performed successfully.

  • Logical Explanation: The Simulate Press Action identifies the captured UI element and triggers a mouse click operation during test execution. The execution result (True) is stored in the {Status} variable.
