Release Notes - Assure v26.3.1
Avo is excited to announce the release of new version 26.3.1. Here are the bug fixes and improvements:
Bug Fixes and Improvements
See the following table for the bugs resolved and the improvements.
Fixed Issue with Test Case Display in Execution List
Complete test case names were not visible when dragging test cases from the Test Case page (Execution), and they were not fully shown in tooltips in Execution due to a UI alignment issue. This issue is resolved, and tooltips now display the full test case and folder names.
Fixed Issue with Execution List Scrolling
Scrolling was not available on the Execution page and added test cases were not visible at normal zoom levels. This issue is resolved, and a scroll bar now appears when the content exceeds the visible area, allowing you to scroll and view all execution lists at normal zoom levels.
Fixed Issue with Avo Assure Client During Debug Execution for .jar Applications
The Avo Assure Client stopped unexpectedly during debug execution when working with .jar-based applications, which prevented element interactions. This issue is resolved, and the Avo Assure Client now remains stable during debug execution with improved recursion handling for .jar applications.
Fixed Issue with Avo Assure Client Recovery After Network Disruptions
Connection errors were displayed during Avo Assure Client execution when network connectivity issues occurred. You needed to delete report files and restart the Avo Assure Client to continue. This issue is resolved, and now Avo Assure Client recovers and reconnect automatically without manual intervention.
Fixed Issue with execAutomation API Execution Trigger
The execAutomation API returned Status: Fail responses and did not initiate execution when triggered through PowerShell or Harness pipelines, while requests reached the endpoint successfully. This issue is resolved, and the API now triggers execution successfully, returning appropriate status responses.
Fixed Issue with Connection Aborted Error During API Test Case Execution
A Connection aborted error was displayed in the Avo Assure Client during API test case execution. This issue is resolved, and API test cases now execute without connection errors.
