Why was this developed?
This feature was developed to enhance transparency and usability within the design studio. The addition of the Information Panel (represented by an "i" icon) allows users to document important details by adding descriptions for repositories, test cases, and execution profiles. The inclusion of audit logs, providing information such as "Created On," "Created By," "Modified On," and "Modified By," ensures users have a clear history of changes. This feature improves collaboration, simplifies documentation, and helps maintain accountability across the testing process.
What is the goal?
The goal of this feature is to improve documentation, transparency, and accountability within the design studio. The inclusion of audit logs ensures that change histories are readily available, supporting collaboration and traceability. This feature aims to streamline workflows, enhance user understanding, and promote efficient team communication.
How does this work?
1. The user has to navigate to the landing page in Avo Assure.
2. The user has to go to the Design Studio.
3. In the Element repository tab, select an Element repository and click on the “i” icon to open the information panel.
Similarly, view the information panel for test cases and execution profile.
How can I get this?
If the user upgrades to the latest version of Avo Assure to 24.2.0, this feature will be available automatically.
