# Manage Projects

Manage Project feature of Avo Assure provides a comprehensive interface for managing various testing projects within Assure that allows organizing projects systematically and work effectively with them&#x20;

### Different ways to Manage Projects:

Below are the different ways in which the user can manage the project in the Avo Assure platform

<summary>Toggle Between Projects</summary>

To toggle between projects in Avo Assure, follow the steps below:

1. Click the **drop-down** arrow.
2. Select the **desired project.**

**Note:** You will see only the projects you have access to. **Project switching is available in all sections of the design studio, including Element Repository, Test Cases, Execution, and Reports.**

<summary>Manage Integrations</summary>

Avo Assure helps integrating with multiple Test Management and Versioning Platforms. There are different categories in which Avo Assure integration can be bucketed into:

1. **Test Management:**  Test management organizes test cases and manages their execution. It integrates with platforms like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Zephyr. Required setup includes credentials like **username,** **unique token**, and **URL.**

* In Test Management tab, Choose the **integration platform** and provide **details.**

2. **Versioning:** It serves as a repository where we push and pull test cases from Bitbucket. Avo Assure platform integrates with Bitbucket. For Initial setup, User needs to provide details such as **Connection Name, Access Token, Repository URL, Username,** and **Branch** in the **Versioning tab**

<summary>Sort Project</summary>

User can arrange the project according to **Date/Alphabet/Last Modified**&#x20;

To sort projects in Avo Assure, follow the steps below.&#x20;

1. Click the **Sort icon** in the landing page to rearrange the project sequence.&#x20;
2. Filter the projects based on the date it is created, **Last Modified, Date Created** or **Alphabetical** order to bring up the projects as per the selection.&#x20;

<summary>Edit Project Name</summary>

To edit the project name in Avo Assure, follow the steps below:&#x20;

1. On homepage, Go to **Project collaborators** section
2. Click **Manage Users.** This will open **Manage Project** window.

3. Below the **Project Name** field, Click the **Edit Icon.**&#x20;

4. Provide a logical name to the project and click on update button.

<summary>Manage Roles</summary>

To Manage the users in Avo Assure, follow the steps below:

1. On the **Home** page, from **Project collaborators** tile, select **Manage Users**.
2. On **Manage Project** page, From **drop-down arrow**, select role.

**Note:** Users can access different features based on their assigned roles.

4. Click on **Update button**

**Note:** To change a user's role with Admin access, go to **Admin tab > User Management > User > edit icon > User details > Change role.**

<summary>Manage User Roles</summary>

To Manage the users in Avo Assure, follow the steps below:

1. On homepage, Go to **Project collaborators** section
2. Click **Manage Users.** This will open **Manage Project** window.
3. Select the **Checkbox** beside the users and click on **> icon.**
4. All **selected users** will be added to the project.
5. Click on **Update button.**

**Note:** To manage users with Admin access, go to **Admin tab > User Management > User > edit icon > User details > Change role.**
