# Prerequisite to work with Avo Assure Client

Client can be downloaded in two ways:&#x20;

1. Using instance link&#x20;
2. Using downloads option&#x20;

### Using instance link

Using the instance link provided from the admin, user can login to instance, and they will automatically get prompted to the Client download screen

Once prompted to the installation screen follow the steps below:&#x20;

1. Read and scroll the terms and conditions  &#x20;
2. Click **I Agree** button to accept the terms and conditions&#x20;
3. Click the **Download Avo Assure Client** button to initiate the download&#x20;
4. Click right arrow icon to move to the next pages&#x20;
5. Click Next button complete the installation and configuration and land to the landing page of Avo Assure

**Note: -**&#x20;

Existing users no longer need to download the client with each update. Instead, they can use the “Skip for now” feature, which saves time and reduces the hassle of downloading the client multiple times.

### Using downloads option

Clicking on user profile after login to Avo Assure instance, and download the Client from the download's options\

Once successful login, Follow the mentioned steps to download Avo Assure Client

* Click **" Profile" to** bring up context menu
* Hover on **Download option**&#x20;
* Click **Download** and the compressed zip file **AvoAssureClient** will get downloaded in the downloads section of your system&#x20;

Once you have downloaded the Avo Assure Client, now install it. To do so follow the Install[ and Configure Client ](broken://pages/VjL24eArhrtqWPuDcMqn)to get details of the installation and configuration process.&#x20;
