# Resolving the Capturing Element Issue

| Unable to capture the element, the capture window is not opening. | <ul><li>Version mismatch between the Avo Assure client and the Avo Assure instance   </li></ul><p>  </p><p>.  </p> | <ul><li>Ensure that the Avo Assure client version matches the server instance version.
