# Select all Values From List

This is a pre-built Action located under the captured list element. The functionality of this Action in Avo Assure is to select all available values from the list. The result is stored in the given dynamic variable for further use during test execution.

## **Syntax**

**Input Value:** `N/A`

| Argument | Description    |
| -------- | -------------- |
| N/A      | Not Applicable |

**Output Value**: `<Dynamic Variable>(Optional);<Dynamic Variable>(Optional)`

| Argument                                                    | Description                                                       |
| ----------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| \<Dynamic Variable>(Optional);\<Dynamic Variable>(Optional) | Both dynamic variables store the status as **True** or **False**. |

### Example: Selecting All Values from a List Element

In this example, we explain how to select all available values from a specified list element.

* **Action**: Select all Values From List
* **Input Value**: N/A
  * This action does not require any input value. It identifies the captured list element and selects all values from it.
* **Output Value**: {Status}
  * The execution status of the selection operation is stored in the **{Status}** dynamic variable with the following possible values:
    * **True**: If all values are selected successfully.
    * **False**: If all values are not selected successfully.
* **Logical Explanation**: The **Select all Values From List** action identifies the target list element and performs the selection of every available option within it. The result of this action (**Ture**) is stored in the **{Status}** variable.
