# Double Click on Object

This is a pre-built Action located under the captured image element. The functionality of this action in Avo Assure is to perform a double-click operation on the captured image from the application under test. The result is stored in the given dynamic variable for further use during test execution

## Syntax

**Input Value**: `N/A`&#x20;

| Argument | Description    |
| -------- | -------------- |
| N/A      | Not Applicable |

**Output Value**: `<Dynamic Variable>(Optional);<Dynamic Variable>(Optional)`

<table><thead><tr><th>Argument</th><th>Description</th><th data-hidden></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>&#x3C;Dynamic Variable>(Optional);&#x3C;Dynamic Variable>(Optional)</td><td>Both dynamic variable stores the status as <strong>True</strong> or <strong>False</strong>.</td><td></td></tr></tbody></table>

## **Example: Performing a Double Click Action on an Image**

In this example, we explain how to perform a double click operation on a captured image element.

* **Action**: Double Click on Object
* **Input Value**: N/A
  * This action does not require any input value. It performs a double click operation on the captured image element within the application.
* **Output Value**: {Status}
  * The double click action result is stored in the **{Status}** dynamic variable with the following possible values:
    * **True**: If the action performs the double click operation successfully.
    * **False**: If the action does not perform the double click operation successfully.
* **Logical Explanation**: The **Double** **Click on Object** action does not require any input value in the **Input Value** column. The action locates the captured image element within the application under test and initiates a double click on the identified image. The execution result (**True**) is stored in the **{Status}** variable.
