verifyAllValues

This is a pre-built Action located under the @Custom Element. The functionality of this Action in Avo Assure is to verify that all the input values provided in the input filed are present in the dropdown or list. Example 1: Verifying Presence of All Specified Values in a List or Dropdown

In this example, we are explaining how to validate that all specified values are present within a given object on the web page.

  • Action: verifyAllValues

  • Input Value: select;;0;All;Last Month;Last 3 Months;Last 6 Months

    • The first argument (select) specifies the object type to be identified.

    • The second argument is left blank to skip an optional value.

    • The third argument (0) specifies the index of the list or dropdown when multiple matching elements are present.

    • The subsequent arguments (All; Last Month; Last 3 Months; Last 6 Months) specify the values that need to be verified within the list or dropdown.

  • Output Value: {Status}

    • The result of the verification operation is stored in the {Status} dynamic variable, with the following possible values:

      • True: If all specified values are present in the object.

      • False: If any of the specified values are missing from the object.

  • Logical Explanation: The verifyAllValues action reads the identification details and verification values from the Input Value column (select;;0;All;Last Month;Last 3 Months;Last 6 Months). The action locates the matching list or dropdown element based on the specified object type and index and verifies whether all the provided values exist within the object. The execution result of the verification action (True) is stored in the {Status} variable.
