# Set operation

This is pre-built Action located under the **WebService List Element**. The functionality of this action in Avo Assure is to set the operation mentioned for the web service execution.

### **Syntax**

**Input Value:** `<operation_name>`

| Argument                      | Description                                                  |
| ----------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| \<operation\_name> (Required) | Provide the name of the web service operation to be executed |

**Output Value**

**Example**

**Sets the operation name to ChangeSizeProduct for the web service request.**

The **Set operation** action takes the operation name from the Input Value column and applies it to the web service call.
