# GetStatusBarMessage

This is a pre-built Action located under the **@Sap Element**. The functionality of this action in Avo Assure is to capture the text displayed in the Status Bar of the SAP GUI application and save the result in a dynamic variable. 

### Syntax

**Output Value**

| <p>\<Dynamic Variable></p><p>(Required) </p> | This variable holds the Status Bar message.               |
| <p>\<Dynamic Variable></p><p>(Optional) </p> | This variable stores the status as **True** or **False**. |

**Capturing the Message 'Sales order ID is 765638' Using the Get Status Bar Message Action**

The **GetStatusBarMessage** action does not require any input value. It captures the message currently displayed in the status bar of the application. The retrieved message is stored in the **{StatusMessage}** variable, with the possible value **(e.g., Sales order ID is 765638)**.
