# Set Text In Cell

This is a pre-built action available under the **Captured Grid Element** in the **SAP GUI Application**. The functionality of this action in Assure is used to enter or set text in a specific cell of the grid based on the input row, column and text provided.

### Syntax 

**Input Value:** `<row>;<col>;<InputText>`

| Argument                             | Description                                                       |
| ------------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| <p>\<row></p><p>(Required)</p>       | Provide the row number of the cell where the text should be set.  |
| <p>\<col></p><p>(Required)</p>       | Enter the column number of the cell where the text should be set. |
| <p>\<InputText></p><p>(Required)</p> | Give the text to be set in the specified cell.                    |

| \<Dynamic Variable> (Optional);\<Dynamic Variable> (Optional) | This dynamic variable holds the execution status as **True** or **False**. |

**Enters text into a specific cell in the SAP Grid**

The **SetTextInCell** action takes the value from the Input Value column **(e.g., 1;1;AZ)** and enters the text **AZ** into the cell located at row **1**, column **1**.
