# Get Button Name

This is a pre-built action available under the **Captured Button Element** from the **SAP GUI Application**. The functionality of this action in Avo Assure is to fetch the button name and save the result in dynamic variable.

### **Syntax**

**Input Value:** `N/A`&#x20;

**Output Value**&#x20;

| Argument                       | Description                                                      |
| ------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| \<Dynamic Variable> (Required) | This variable stores the fetched button name as text.            |
| \<Dynamic Variable> (Optional) | This dynamic variable holds the status as **True** or **False.** |

**Example**&#x20;

**Fetches the name of the captured "More Fields Button" element from SAP application**&#x20;

The **Get Button Name** action does not require any input. It fetches the visible text of the captured password button element. The result of the operation is stored in the **{Button Name}** variable.
