# Send secure value

This is a pre-built action located under the **Mainframe List Element**. The functionality of this action in Avo Assure is to enter a secured value (AES encrypted) into the mainframe.

### Syntax

**Input Value:** `<encrypted input>` &#x20;

| <p>\<encrypted input ></p><p>(Required)</p> | Specify the encrypted  text to be set at the specified screen location. |

**Output Value:**

| \<Dynamic Variable>(Optional);\<Dynamic Variable> (Optional) | This dynamic variable holds the result as **True** or **False** |

**Example**

**Performs sending of encrypted input text to the mainframe screen**

The **Send secure value** action takes the value from the Input Value column (e.g., **ZWBORuUbm4LoTZcl89n3Q==**) and sends the encrypted text to the focused field on the emulator screen.
