Double Click Grid Cell
Last updated
This is a pre-built Action located under the captured Grid Element. The functionality of this Action in Avo Assure is to perform a double-click operation on the specified grid cell and store the execution result in a dynamic variable.
Input Value: <Row>;<Column>
Note:
Ensure that the specified row and column exist within the grid before executing the Action.
Ensure that the grid is fully loaded before performing this action.
<Row> (Required)
Provide the row number of the grid cell to double-click.
<Column> (Required)
Provide the column number of the grid cell to double-click.
Output Value: <Dynamic Variable>(Optional); <Dynamic Variable>(Optional)
<Dynamic Variable>(Optional); <Dynamic Variable>(Optional)
Both dynamic variable stores the status as True or False.
In this example, we explain how to perform a double-click operation on a specific grid cell.
Action: Double Click Grid Cell
Input Value: 2;3
The first argument (2) specifies the row number in the grid.
The second argument (3) specifies the column number in the grid.
Output Value: {Status}
The execution result is stored in the {Status} dynamic variable with the following possible values:
True: If the specified grid cell is double-clicked successfully.
False: If the action fails because of invalid row or column values, inaccessible grid cells, or grid configuration issues.
Logical Explanation: The Double Click Grid Cell action reads the row and column values from the Input Value column (2;3). During execution, Avo Assure identifies the grid cell at row 2 and column 3, performs a double-click operation on the specified cell, and stores the execution status.

The following example shows how to use the Double Click Grid Cell action:
Double-click a cell using column index
5;3
Performs a double-click on the cell located in row 5 and column 3.
