# Set Secure Text IRIS

This is a pre-built action available under the **Captured Textbox Element** from the **Desktop Application** using the **IRIS method**. The functionality of this action in Avo Assure is to securely enter the encrypted input text into a textbox.

### **Syntax**

**Input Value:** `<encrypted input>`

| Argument                      | Description                                                                                                                                                                                                |
| ----------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| \<encrypted input> (Required) | <p>Provide the encrypted text that needs to be entered securely in the IRIS textbox</p><p><br><em><strong>Note:</strong> Data needs to be encrypted using <strong>AES Encryption method</strong>.</em></p> |

**Output Value**

| \<Dynamic Variable>(Optional);\<Dynamic Variable>(Optional) | This dynamic variable holds the result as **True** or **False**. |

**Example**

**Enters encrypted text (crIvBmGoz1npCMD8XAt7rg== )** **into an Password textbox in the SAP application.**

The **Set Secure Text IRIS** action takes the encrypted input from the Input Value column and securely enters it into the **Password** IRIS textbox.
