This is a pre-built action which comes under the element captured from the Desktop AUT using IRIS method. It instructs the Avo Assure Client to perform a double click on the IRIS object captured from the desktop application.&#x20;

### **Scenario:** Simulate Double-Click for Text Selection in Desktop Application.&#x20;

Consider a scenario where a desktop application with an editable text field in a settings dialog is being automated. The application allows double-clicking on the text field to highlight the entire content for quick editing. Using the **Double Click IRIS** action, the double-click action is simulated to validate that the field behaves as expected.&#x20;

### **Expected Result**&#x20;

This action needs to perform double click on the IRIS text field.&#x20;

### **Output**

The **Double Click IRIS** action performed successfully on the captured IRIS text field.&#x20;
