setMethods
This is a pre-built Action located under the APIs List. The functionality of this Action in Avo Assure is to set the HTTP(S) method for the APIs execution.

Note: Supported methods must be provided in uppercase. Accepted values are GET, POST, HEAD, PUT, and DELETE.

In this example, we are explaining how to set the HTTP method to GET for a APIs request during API testing.
Action: setMethods
Input Value: GET
The input value (GET) specifies the HTTP method to be used for the APIs request.
Output Value: N/A
Logical Explanation: The SetMethods action reads the value from the Input Value column (GET) and applies it as the HTTP method for the web service call associated with the previously set endpoint URL.
