In previous versions of Avo Assure, users were not able to receive email notifications for CI/CD Execution before the start of each execution and after the completion of each execution.
The Avo Assure team has introduced the feature of an 'Email Notification' toggle button. This enhancement empowers users to include multiple recipients for email notifications. It provides the ability to get email notifications before the start of each execution and after the completion of each execution. It provides the ability to deactivate email notifications using the toggle button.
The user has to navigate to the Avo Assure home screen.
The user has to click the Execute button, and the Execution Profile window will be displayed.
The user has to click the Create Profile button, and the Create Profile window will be displayed.
The user has to enter the profile name in the Enter Profile Name field.
The user has to select the required test suites from the Test Suites list.
The user has to select the Avo Agent / Avo Grid from the Avo Agent / Avo Grid drop-down.
The user has to select the browser from the Select Browser drop-down.
The toggle button should be switched OFF when the user intends not to get the Email Notification.
The toggle button should be switched ON when the user intends to get the Email Notification. The Email Notification Configuration dialog box will be displayed.
The user has to enter the receiver email ID in the Enter Receiver Email ID field. Note: Add multiple receiver emails separated by a comma (,).
The toggle button should be switched OFF when the user intends to receive Email Notifications both before the initiation and after completing each CI/CD execution.
The toggle button should be switched ON when the user intends to get the Email Notification only after completion of CI/CD Execution.
The user has to click the Save button.
After completion of the CI/CD execution, the user will get an Email Notification to the registered Email ID.
The user can view the Time Elapsed for each execution in the same email.
If the user upgrades to the latest version of Avo Assure to 23.1.5, this feature will be available automatically.
