Email Server Configuration

The Avo Assure email server configuration function helps users set up and manage server responsibilities for sending and receiving emails to specific recipients from Avo Assure. It can be set up from the Email Server Configuration Window in Avo Assure by providing sufficient data. Users can check whether they can receive emails from different users in the Avo Assure server.

• Admin

• Quality Manager with Admin as secondary role

Steps to perform Email Server Configuration

The steps to set up Email Server Configuration in Avo Assure are:

1. Navigate to the Admin section on the left pane of the landing page

2. Navigate to Email Server Configuration

3. Select SMTP (Simple mail transfer protocol) from the Select Provider dropdown.

Note: The Host Name, Server Name and Port numbers will get auto populated in their respective fields. The users can edit the auto populated data as per their requirements and set up the Authentication type, Server connection and Ignore TLS Errors if required.

1. Provide the Avo Assure URL in the Avo Assure URL field

2. Click on the Test button and provide the recipient email id in the popup

3. Click on the test button in the popup after entering the recipient's email address to send the email.
